Education Mark received his Bachelors of Accounting degree and his Masters of Taxation Degree from the University of Utah. He graduated from Willamette University Law School. He is licensed CPA in Oregon, Utah and Arizona and is member of the Utah Bar and practicing attorney. Experience Mark has not only pursued education, but the valuable experience of owning a number of businesses in order to specialize in the complex areas of business, estate and tax planning. Additionally, Mark has worked for the accounting firm KPMG Peat Marwick in Portland, Oregon, clerked for the Oregon Tax Court, and a member or partner of three law firms before establishing Kyler Kohler & Ostermiller, LLP. Mark is also publishing his first book this year in 2007, and is a well known national speaker in the areas of business, estate and tax planning.
